Talent Acquisition Specialist
Are you a recruiting rockstar with a proven track record in the professional services industry? Do you have experience rolling up your sleeves and improving a recruiting program from good to great?

Annex is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience within the professional services industry.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent to support our continued growth.
You will also partner with HR leadership on a variety of HR functions, ensuring a positive employee experience from start to finish.
Requirements
We are particularly interested in candidates with :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the professional services industry. Experience in financial services / wealth management is a plus.
- A proven track record of building a talent acquisition strategy including defining roles and responsibilities, sourcing, screening, and interviewing top-tier service professionals.
- A deep understanding of the financial services industry, its unique talent pool, and the specific skills and experience needed for success in these roles is a plus.
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, industry contacts and leveraging industry networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
In addition to the qualifications listed above, we are seeking a candidate with :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in Paylocity is a plus
