Assists the Program Director with maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Residential Program.
Maintains the staff schedule; Monitors staff performance and provides feedback; Monitors quarterly Plans; Monitors equipment and supplies;
Coordinates and monitors the documentation process; Orientates and trains Direct Support Professional Leads; Other duties as assigned.
- Requirements for this position include strong supervision skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, community and staff; 2 years' experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities;
2 years supervisory experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
This position requires the successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigations.

- Monday to Friday, Every other weekend, some evenings
