We are currently searching for a Technical Support Specialist, experienced with task handling and scheduling assistance in a Microsoft environment, to provide technical support and solutions to our clients.
This role is to mainly monitor client websites and accounts, identifying and reporting issues, and either resolving them directly or escalating to another technician.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Troubleshooting, researching, and providing support and / or solutions to your assigned clients.
- Identifying and reporting issues, and either resolving them directly or escalating to another technician
- Monitoring of hosted data in coordinated interface
- Basic Troubleshooting of issues
- Generate issue reports including both issue detail and consolidated status reports.
- Developing strong interpersonal relationships with external, as well as internal clients.
- Working in conjunction with the Technical Teams.
- Adhering to the utmost of business ethics to ensure that IMAGINiT maintains its respected image.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a technical support role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and be able to handle multi-tasking.
- Relevant work experience within a Microsoft environment.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication, presentation, organization, and self-discipline.
- Initiative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree and / or equivalent experience
