Role Definition
This position will be heavily focused on supporting Cat Financials’ Capitalstream Documents, DocuSign application and integrated e-signature platforms.
Responsibilities
- Supports Origination Documents, DocuSign access controls, membership profiles, creating and editing templates, new account creation and application support / troubleshooting user issues.
- Supports customer processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications.
- Monitor application operations and troubleshoot problems, as necessary.
- Translate client's requirements to functional documentation; assist with technical designs and test plan.
- Execute application testing to ensure quality.
Desired Capabilities :
- Knowledge of the DocuSign application and integrated e-signature platforms.
- Previous experience with Origination or Mortgage documentation processes.
