JOB SUMMARY : Greeting all guests of Starbucks with a warm friendly greeting. Must be able to model the behaviors and utilize all 4 service behavior standards.
Must be able to accurately settle all guest checks to the appropriate tender using our point-of-sale system and keep over / shorts to a minimum.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Ability to clean and stock areas adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Ability to acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers.
- Respond to visual and oral signals.
- Address concerns and questions.
- Physical dexterity to prepare food for service, pour nonalcoholic beverages, use of cash register.
- Ability to give friendly, excellent customer service.
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately. Must be able to work a varied schedule that includes day / night shifts, weekends and holidays.
