Service Admin Assistant
Reports To
The Service Admin Assistant will report to the President and CEO, General Manager,
Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, and Accounting Head
Job Description
Acts as one of the first point of contact for the Service Manager and the Teams,
deals with correspondence, answers enquiries and phone calls.
- Assists in preparing service quotations for clients and from enquiries (leads)
- Assists in answering and screening phone calls from clients, sub-dealers,
partners, and suppliers.
Assists in monitoring and properly documenting of Installation quotations and
correct invoice numbers
Assists in reporting to management and clients, current statuses of installation
works
Assists the Installations Team with administrative duties and reports to other
departments such as Sales, and Service Department as they see fit under the
scope of works.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree in any field.
- At least six (6) months of work experience in Customer Service.
- Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Word and other apps alike
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of clients.
- Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Amendable to work in Greenhills San Juan Area
