What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Consult with existing customers to understand their needs and goals
- Identify opportunities to meet / exceed customer needs and improve operations
- Drive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal window
- Upsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major products
- Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of direct client contact in either inside or outside sales
- Highly organized with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives and managers
- Working knowledge of consultative sales processes, methods, and techniques
