Location : Remote

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Mandatory Skills :

Hands on Data Engineering experience as DataAnalyst Data Engineer or Tester

Expert inADO(Azure DevOps) including customized reports using ADO andPowerBI.

Indepth knowledge and experience inBanking / Finance

Responsibilities.

• Exhibit behaviors of a LeanAgile Leader through mindset;helps the team embrace SAFe core values adopt and apply SAFeprinciples and implement SAFe practices
• Support the team rules of Scrum eliminate impediments andlead the team in efforts for relentless improvement and heightenedefficiency
• Understand basics of DataEngineering work and contexts of the data product developmentaccordingly customize the approach / process / artifacts to meet thedelivery need of the team
• Ensure team commitssprint goals using capacity effectively and meet sprint and overallPI goals. Also facilitate team to achieve the goals
• Ensure that goals scope and product backlog items areunderstood and can be fulfilled by team members
• Engage with team and train in planning anddelivery
• Collaborate with Product Ownerrequirement owners and team to identify and clarify scope ofbusiness / systems requirements and help build healthy backlog forteam
• Support the teams efforts to continuouslyimprove communications and relationships with other delivery teams;represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums (SoS) helping the teamremain aware of engagement opportunities and programeffectiveness
• Engage in challenging the oldnorms of development to improve performance in the areas of qualitypredictability flow and velocity
• Facilitatescrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily stand up RefinementRetrospective Sprint Review) efficiently and assist removingblockers / impediments
• Facilitate backloggrooming and estimation using StoryPoint (SP)
• Ensure work is estimated and tracked using Azure DepOps(ADO). Review ADO team board regularly and ensure team updates ADOproperly.
• Coaches team in scaled agilepractices and help team using ADO effectively
• Capture and Analyze metrics and help team forimprovement
• Tracking team status of PI andSprint goals dependency and risk logs using ADO
• Protect the team from outside interruptions

Qualifications

• Significant agile project managementexperience as well as strong fundamentals in advanced analyticsdata integration and visualization leading agileprojects
• Significant working experience as aScrum Master or Release Train Engineer
• Atleast one of the certifications CSM PMIACP SAFe SSM SAFe RTE orSPC
• Hands on experience of at least Agiletools e.g. ADO JIRA Version One
• Extensiveexperience in leading guiding and coaching agile or SAFe toteams
• Significant experience leading agiledevelopment teams and facilitating team meetings in Agileenvironment
• Strong knowledge of SAFe frameworkincluding SAFe principles value and practices and implement them inreal world projects
• Basic understanding of theData Engineering and how it adds value to theorganization
• Strong research analytical andproblemsolving skills
• Strong adaptability andinterest to know new skills continuously needed to play the role ofScrum Master effectively
• Experience ofContinuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD)
• Very good team player and ability to work with peoplefrom diverse background

Desired Qualifications and EducationRequirements

• At least 10years of agile project management experience
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Scrum Masteror Release Train Engineer
• Advanced degree inInformation Systems Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield
• Hands on Data Engineering experience asData Analyst Data Engineer or Tester
• Expert inADO including customized reports using ADO and PowerBI
• Indepth knowledge and experience inBanking / Finance / Investments familiar with terminology concepts andbusiness processes and systems
• Familiaritywith banking industry standards and regulations
