Responsibilities

• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems in residential buildings.
• Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems, ensuring longevity and efficiency.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers for proper functioning.
• Operate and repair electrical systems to guarantee optimal performance.
• Promptly respond to service calls, diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in residential settings.
• Execute planned maintenance tasks to prevent system failures and ensure reliability.
• Participate in installation projects, collaborating with team members for efficient completion.
• Adhere to electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards during all tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents and clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations for improvement.

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma
• 2 years of technical school or college is a plus
• Prior sales and residential electrical service experience using flat rate pricing systems a plus
• 3-5 years of experience as an electrician, ideally with residential electrical experience, light commercial electrical experience a plus
• Adequate knowledge of NEC and electrical codes
• Prior sales and familiarity with Service Titan or other upfront pricing software and other CRM software is a plus
• Ability to pass drug and background checks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills, customer service abilities, problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented attitude.
