Responsibilities :

As a Sr. ML Engineer, your primary responsibilities will be to own end-to-end machine learning projects. You will be tasked with designing, developing, and deploying high-performance ML models to solve complex, green-field problems at scale.

This includes defining use cases, curating and engineering large-scale datasets, selecting appropriate tools and technologies, building and validating production-grade models, and optimizing them for cost, performance, and latency.

You will be integral to ensuring that our ML solutions are robust, scalable, and impactful from ideation through to deployment and evaluation.

• Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to generate lineage graphs, predict dataflows, identify break code challenges
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to build ML & AI deployments ground-up, 0 1
• Responsible for LLM integration focused on producing human readable interpretations of analysis results
• Build traditional ML models from the ground up to power core pieces of our product

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ML engineer or Data Scientist- ideally at an early stage or high growth startup - specializing in machine learning algorithms
• Past experience building algorithms from 0 1 and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models in the context of search ranking or recommendation systems.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Proficiency in working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Knowledge of information retrieval, natural language processing, and ranking algorithms.
• Ability to work cross functionally with growth, engineering, product, and an executive team
• Knowledge and experience in best practices in applying MLOps in an organization with an emphasis on continuous development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
