Master Job Costing : Ensure every job is profitable by overseeing precise job costing. Work hand-in-hand with the operations team to keep our pricing competitive while maximizing profit margins.
Design Killer Commission Plans : Want to keep your team fired up? Create irresistible, performance-driven commission plans that reward top-tier results and keep your team hustling.
Collaborate on Bold Marketing : Bring your creative ideas to the table and work with our marketing team to launch exciting, attention-grabbing campaigns.

Qualifications :
