Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits seeks Accounting Clerk for the Union City CA location.Responsibilities : -Scanning all customer invoices into the system daily -AP Coding-Processing vendor invoices in SAP-Pulling Concur Backup for SAP Indexing-AP Experience, SAP experience, MS Excel and Word, 10 Key and experience with large workloads-Match and batch paperwork (invoices & credits) accurately and under time-constraints -Clerical support to accounts receivable and customer service teams -Serve as backup to the receptionist -Perform other duties as assigned -Detail-oriented and well-organized -Able to work independently with minimal supervision -Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or reception experience in a business environment -Proficient and accurate data-entry skills -Can effectively use copy machine, fax, telephone with minimal training -Effective verbal / written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management.
