PositionOverview :

We are seeking a pionate andresultsdriven Events Sales Manager to join our team in Wisconsin.In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and managingclient events from inception to .

You will work closely withclients to understand their needs develop tailored event solutionsand ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understandingtheir event goals andobjectives.
  • SalesStrategy : Develop and implement effective salesstrategies to meet and exceed sales targets for clientevents.
  • EventPlanning : Collaborate with clients to conceptualizeplan and execute memorable events that align with their vision andbudget.
  • VendorManagement : Source and manage relationships withvendors venues and other service providers to ensure seamless event.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings toidentify opportunities forgrowth.
  • BudgetManagement : Create and manage event budgets ensuringprofitability while delivering exceptional value toclients.
  • TeamCollaboration : Work closely with marketingoperations and creative teams to ensure all aspects of the eventare coordinated effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Event ManagementHospitality Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Proven track record of achieving salestargets and managing successfulevents.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal ss with a strong customer serviceorientation.
  • Strong organizational ss andattention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event managementsoftware and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings andweekends as required for events.
