The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This role will focus on facilities management, administrative support, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
This is a part-time opportunity, with a flexible schedule.
Location : Mt. Pleasant, SC

Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, and supplies.
- Coordinate office space planning, including furniture arrangements and equipment setup.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and staff.
- Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and concerns.
- Support the firms operational goals and initiatives through effective project management.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of professional office experience related to Office Management
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field
- Proficiency with MS Office
