M&K is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our accounting team with daily reconciliations of service and parts cash tickets, journal entries, and posting of payments.
This role involves answering incoming calls, providing requested information, and routing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform daily reconciliations of service and parts cash tickets.
Prepare and post journal entries accurately.
Process and post payments in a timely manner.
Answer incoming calls related to accounting inquiries.
Provide requested information to callers and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Assist with other accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Previous accounting experience is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of Excel and its functions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
