Franco is our Owner and Head Coach - which means he's the coolest because he started it all. You'll work closely with him in his mission to help more coaches and agency owners hit their million-dollar mark and break out of the personal jail they've been accustomed to.

  • You can commit to meeting monthly sales goals.

  • You can commit to a set schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

  • You understand this role will begin part time, and have a 3 month ramp up to get you to your full time required hours.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

  • To drive revenue by booking quality sales call appointments with prospects through various organic and paid communication channels.
  • Book qualified sales appointments daily.
  • Ensure all booked appointments are qualified and cancel unqualified appointments.
  • Communicate with prospects and clients through a variety of communication channels. (Messenger, Slack, Email, Phone, Zoom)
  • Communicate effectively with other sales team members and departments.
  • Show up prepared and on time with webcam and audio working for all Sales Team meetings.
  • Provide daily beginning and end-of-day performance reports.
  • Manage and update sales pipelines accurately and efficiently.

Results (Expected Accomplishments)

  • Offer at least 5 opportunities to get on a call with a closer per day.
  • Book at least 2 qualified sales appointments per day.
  • Responsible for at least $10,000 in new contract sales every month. (It's only 2 sales)

Pay for this role is salary + commission-based. You can expect to make around $40k-$80k per year, increasing as your setting rate improves.

You will have 1 : 1 mentorship, access to $100,000+ worth of training materials, and sales coaching calls to discuss strategies and collaborate to reach maximum sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 1+ years in sales and / or completed a paid appointment-setting program.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Persistent and results-oriented You're hungry to win!
  • Must be able to take initiative, run with it, and be coachable.
  • Willing to use, and possibly optimize, your own Facebook and Instagram profile to communicate with prospects and clients.
  • Comfortable working EST hours
  • High-speed internet (WIFI)
  • 50+ WPM
