The Impact You Will Make
- Develop and Execute SEO Strategies : Create and implement tailored, data-driven SEO strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to drive organic growth and improve search engine visibility.
- Perform In-Depth Analysis : Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audits to uncover opportunities, address gaps, and create actionable plans for optimization.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with copywriters, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all web properties, enhancing user experience and engagement.
- Monitor and Report on Performance : Analyze SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends : Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO developments, search engine algorithm changes, and new tools or technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Manage External Relationships : Oversee relationships with external SEO partners, agencies, and consultants to supplement internal efforts and achieve strategic goals.
- Mentor Junior Team Members : Share your expertise with junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the SEO team.
- Implement Link-Building Strategies : Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority, improve backlink profiles, and drive traffic.
What You Bring
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings.
- Analytical Mindset : Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management : Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge : Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
Technical Skills :
- Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Looker.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Jira.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
