Independent Agency Sales Executive
Seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our insurance brokerage team as an Executive Sales Agent in Oklahoma City, OK, US.
We are seeking outstanding professionals to drive success by building lasting partnerships and supporting individuals interested in a career in the insurance industry.
The perfect candidate will have a background in management, sales, marketing, or business development specific to the region / territory.
Prior experience in the insurance field is not required for this position.
Compensation :
$74,000 - $112,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy utilizing CRM software in Oklahoma City, OK, US
- Evaluate customer interactions to foster trust and long-term loyalty specifically in the Oklahoma City region
- Enhance customer relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and maximize product utilization in Oklahoma City
- Supervise marketing initiatives, collaborate closely with sales teams, and formulate effective approaches tailored to the local market
- Attend promptly to customer inquiries, cancellations, and orders within the Oklahoma City area
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while offering referrals to potential customers in Oklahoma City
- Showcase exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills suitable for the Oklahoma City market
- Strategize effectively, work autonomously, and maintain a proactive approach in Oklahoma City, OK
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and unwavering determination to achieve set goals in Oklahoma City
