Job Description : The Application Lifecycle Management Expert will develop tailored ALM components related to Autonomous Driving functional safety systems.
The aspirant must possess Automotive ALM / PLM experience and be willing to operate in flat organization structure and across functional teams to leverage the best of capabilities available.
This role will join a team developing the next generation of autonomous driving solutions drawing on state of the art technologies including big data analytics, cloud, agile and automation, for solving business problems in the automotive and next-gen mobility industry.Responsibilities :
- Work with product owner and support functional and technical members of the product team.
- Develop use cases, requirements, test cases and test data for identified functional safety features as part of autonomous vehicle development programs.
- Undertake solution response preparation, solution estimation and client presentations for client based opportunities.
- Prepare white papers and participate in technology forums through blogs and speaker sessions.Measurement Metrics for the role include successful deliverables of Assets & Solutions and successful Client EngagementsExperience :
- Background in Information Technology in the Automotive industry.
- Experience in ALM / PLM products and tools with certification.
- Knowledge in Automotive Software Development and Engineering
- Knowledge of Agile development concepts such as Scrum and CI / CD
- Experience in development tools such as GitHub, and the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience in Linux Operating Systems such as Ubuntu
- Strong experience in eliciting, simplifying, organizing and managing requirementsQualifications :
- 12+ years of automotive industry experience working at OEM / Tier 1
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior business executives in client organizations
- Understanding of artificial intelligence, big data systems, cloud computing, virtualization and containerization tools
- Proficiently understand Systems Administration practices such as DevOps
- Proficiently understand Networking and IT Security principles
- Proficient in translating business requirements to technical requirements
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies such as Model-in-Loop and Software-in-Loop simulations
- Strong communication / presentation skills
- BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or a related field
