We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will primarily focus on door-to-door sales efforts, engaging with residential customers to promote and sell our internet services.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, persuasive, and adept at building relationships with potential customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the sales industry and partner with one of the fastest growing internet companies in the Midwest.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct door-to-door sales activities to promote and sell our internet services to residential customers
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and rapport-building techniques
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our internet services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
• Collect and record customer information accurately and efficiently using our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements :

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade potential customers
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with sales and the telecommunications industry preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license required
