Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Administrative Security Assistant to join our team in Lexington Park, MD.
This position is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Provide administrative and organization support for a NAWCAD Department, to include assistance performing Administrative Security related duties
Perform administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining paper & electronic files, records scanning and management, and providing information to callers
Support of Security related Facility Management items, to include inventory of safes & content, and security container combination changes
Handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in the course of daily duties
Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum of three (3) years professional experience relevant to DoD Security Administrative support, space access control, and office tasking
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of three (3) years of Security related administrative experience at NAVAIR or DoD environment operating; Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Base Access Security Information Control System (Basics II), Share Point, Government developed databases, and maintaining / coordinating calendars and schedules
Preferred Qualifications :
Proficiency working with computers and data entry software applications
Track and manage AV / IT resources and conference room scheduling
Assist with setup and execution of logistics needs for meetings
Work with base and building support personnel to ensure admin, IT, and security infrastructure maintenance is provided
Experience with Microsoft Teams applications
BS / BA degree
Clearance Requirements :
Top Secret w / SCI eligibility clearance required
U.S. Citizenship required
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
Move about freely in an office / laboratory setting
The projected compensation range for this position is $66,700.00-$110,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
