Job Summary
As Digital Content Specialist, you’ll help lead the content delivery & regulatory advertising compliance process for Thrivent Asset Management’s digital content.
You’ll touch all digital content including web pages, videos, articles, podcasts and images, etc. Concurrently, you’ll partner with the digital experience, content, and marketing leads to create and deliver compelling digital customer experiences for our investment websites and social media channels.
You’ll serve as a key liaison between many people and teams, such as Digital Experience, Compliance, Legal, Products, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, agency partners, and other corporate stakeholders.
This is a newly created role that would be a great fit for those who like to jump in, learn, collaborate and problem solve.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the regulatory content compliance submission process through AdTrax regulatory tool - ensuring content meets FINRA requirements.
- Lead ongoing projects : annual content reviews, quarterly fund material updates, annual prospectus updates.
- Work in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & digital asset manager (DAM) to author web pages and manage digital assets.
- Create and update JIRA tickets, refine backlogs, and participate in weekly content releases.
- Document workflows and processes in Confluence library.
- Test content and components, add metadata, tag pages appropriately.
- Use Adobe analytics and DOMO to report progress.
- Work on larger digital experience and marketing initiatives as needed.
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years digital content or related experience.
- College degree in digital communications, marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience working in a CMS (such as AEM).
- Knowledge of Agile project management or related experience preferred (JIRA and / or Confluence).
- Understanding of search engine optimization, metadata, tagging and analytics.
- Ability to work with multiple business partners and stakeholders, across disciplines : technology, sales, marketing, creative, legal, compliance, corporate, leaders to achieve business goals.
- Ability to measure, track and report results, evaluate, identify and implement modifications, and apply learnings to future strategies.
Additional Information
This position requires you to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN a minimum of two days a week.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $70,737.00 - $95,704.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions.
The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
