The Client Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of client deliverables across multiple departments, including customer success, editorial, and research.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of client partnerships, from contract creation to the distribution of reports.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure timely client outreach and fulfillment of partnership items, such as blogs, practice area Q&As, and profile updates.
  • Work directly with the editorial team to manage partnership fulfillment for various editorial projects.
  • Oversee all stages of the contract process, including creation, submission, and maintenance of fulfillment trackers.
  • Prepare and coordinate client materials for renewal and pre-release calls.
  • Update and maintain online aspects of partnerships, including profile pieces and advertisements.
  • Lead the preparation and distribution of diversity and research reports.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to manage expectations and follow-ups.
  • Regularly review and confirm client content and documentation for major projects.
  • Coordinate with research and customer success teams to lead follow-up on survey participation.
  • Assist with other client fulfillment responsibilities as needed.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and efficiency.
  • Meticulous in maintaining records, trackers, and client documentation.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in taking initiative and working both collaboratively and independently.
  • Quick to learn and implement new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems and contract management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Fulfillment Accuracy : Up-to-date and precise fulfillment trackers and client records.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, client services, or a similar role.
