One of SHINE’s flagship products is non-carrier-added lutetium-177 (Lu-177), a radiopharmaceutical at the forefront of precision cancer treatment.

In targeted cancer therapy, the cancer-killing radioisotope Lu-177 is paired with a cancer-seeking molecule to form a smart compound that directly targets and attacks cancer cells.

If you are, this position is perfect for creative disruptors and passionate business builders. To that end, SHINE is seeking an innovative, externally focused sales leader to drive therapeutic isotope adoption through identifying new markets and building existing relationships with critical biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

The selected leader will expand our networks by getting people excited about our products and how they can partner with existing technologies to focus on curing cancer.

We need a curious, driven, sales professional who can ask probing questions and bridge knowledge gaps in the radioisotope industry.

The successful leader will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision makers and develop plans to provide incremental value to our customers.

The role will partner with the Therapeutics division leadership team to develop a successful business strategy, customer portfolio, and industry partnerships for our Lu-177 product and other Therapeutic isotopes including Tb-161.

In the longer term, this role will likely expand to develop other Therapeutic isotopes.

Our vision is to identify candidates who have executive presence and the expertise to own C-level client relationships, identify desired business outcomes, lead development of partnership agreements (Statement of Work, Letter of Intent, and final contracts) and gain implementation commitments.

Requirements

  • BS or BA Degree from an accredited institution. Degree in Business or healthcare administration desirable.
  • 10+ years track record of commercial experience with demonstrated success in sales or consulting.
  • Strong industry network and experience in the field of nuclear medicine or pharma.
  • Knowledge of the pre-clinical and clinical trial markets in therapeutic isotopes.
  • Business-to-business sales / contracting experience.
  • Polished demeanor with strong executive presence coupled with strong business insights and knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desired Requirements :

  • Prior experience in RadioPharmacy operations or radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of FDA and EMA regulatory processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • 5+ years of successful team or organizational leadership.
  • Experience crafting financial reports, scorecards, or dashboards.

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S.

Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
