SUMMARY :
The Director of IT Systems & ERP is responsible for the management, organization, and execution of United Alloy’s IT operations.
They oversee IT infrastructure, manage the IT department, direct the effective delivery of networks in alignment with the organization's goals, and track technology.
Their objective is to ensure that security risks are minimized, business goals are met, and user satisfaction is achieved.
This position is also responsible for evaluating current business processes to both streamline and implement new processes for more effective use of our Infor ERP system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- End to end responsibility for creating, aligning, and delivering company-wide solutions, including ERP system (Infor CSI / SyteLine)
- Personally contribute to the development of application solutions for data reporting, ERP performance, and system integrations
- Lead IT strategic and operational initiatives to achieve business goals
- Develop and maintain an appropriate IT organizational structure, goals, annual budgets, and operating procedures that support the needs of the business
- Assess and communicate risks associated with IT investments and develop business case justifications and cost / benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
- Use a risk-based approach to define the company's information security vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Source, implement, and maintain security tools and processes to prevent leaks / exploits
- Enhance current IT system tools and capabilities
- Be the driver behind data integration and migration between other UA systems
- Deliver new and improved solutions based on business priorities and approved projects
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field
- Exceptional proficiency with Infor ERP system.
- Experience managing all elements of an IT department including leading the implementation of technology applications, planning for risk and strategic growth, and leading IT staff
- 8+ years' experience in a senior management position
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and business application configuration and integration
- Ability to speak, read, and write programming languages at an intermediate level, C# and MSSQL strongly preferred
- Familiarity with on-premise and cloud computing technologies
- Exposure to network infrastructure systems from Microsoft, HP, and Dell
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Suite products
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with remote locations
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Have the ability to travel to each of United Alloy’s locations when necessary.
