We’re seeking a skilled and experienced executive to oversee the technical aspects of day-to-day operations for a growing temporary power solutions business.

This executive will play a critical role in designing electrical solutions, supervising field operations, and optimizing operational efficiency.

The role includes strategic oversight of field teams and design processes, with a focus on scaling operations and improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership :

• Lead and manage service delivery, ensuring efficient execution of all projects, from design to implementation.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align operational practices with the company’s long-term goals.

Solution Design & Planning :

• Oversee the design of temporary power solutions for various construction and commercial projects.
• Ensure that all designs meet client specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Use design tools to prepare, review, and / or approve detailed electrical plans.

Field Supervision :

• Provide high-level oversight of field operations, including project setup, installation, and teardown of temporary power systems.
• Ensure compliance with design plans, safety standards, and timelines.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project schedules.

Team Leadership & Development :

• Manage and mentor a team of field technicians and support staff.
• Develop and implement training programs to elevate field team performance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the operations team.

Compliance & Safety :

• Ensure that all electrical designs and installations comply with national, state, and local codes.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and practices that meet or exceed industry standards.

Executive Leadership :

• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making, business growth strategies, and operational scaling.
• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Master Electrician with significant operational experience, including power distribution and generator hookups.
• Minimum of 7-10 years in a leadership role within the electrical, construction, or power industries.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design and project management.
• Proven ability to lead and grow operational teams while driving process improvement.
