Essential Functions

• Business Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis to understand and document operations customer’s needs and requirements.
• Solution Design : Develop and configure low-code solutions using D365 FO and Power Platform to deliver solutions for operations objectives.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing PowerApps, dashboards, MES, and other digital tools.
• Project Management : Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they deliver value, meet stakeholder expectations, and are user-friendly to diverse end-users.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure technology solutions are aligned with manufacturing needs.
• Training & Support : Providing training and support to users, promotion adoption and proficient use of business solutions.
• Continuous Learning : Stay current with the latest developments in D365 FO, Power Platform, and related technologies.

Education and Experience

• Associate degree in business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience developing Power Platform(s).
• Experience in manufacturing or a related field, strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in business or process analysis and solution design.
• Strong understanding of D365 FO and Power Platform capabilities.
• Hands on experience in creating apps, flows and reports.
• Proven record of delivering solutions that meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.

The employee frequently lifts and / or moves up to 55 lbs. The employee frequently pushes / pulls an average of 40 lbs., and occasionally pushes / pulls up to 70 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Working Conditions / Physical Hazards

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office environment and is occasionally exposed to the production environment.

The work area is well-lit and air-conditioned. All employees are expected to adhere to Company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment when exposed to work areas or performing tasks where it is required.
