Confidential client of Addison Group's in Manhattan seeks Director of Recruiting to lead team for fast-paced, high-volume of requisitions environment.
Role will require five days in office so candidates must live within commutable distance.
Responsibilities :
- Manage comprehensive Talent Acquisition team that includes Managers, Recruiters and Onboarding Specialists that supports nationwide openings
- Partner with senior hiring managers across organization to pipeline talent according to their specific departmental needs
- Develop effective reporting and analytics to track trends within hiring landscape
Requirements :
- Must be willing to work in office Monday-Friday
- 5+ years of management experience over Talent Acquisition team and 6+ years overall of full cycle recruiting experience in high-volume corporate or agency setting
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
