Your Mission : The Membership Sales Representative develops new sales leads and converts those leads into Sun Health at Home memberships.

Key Responsibilities :
- Complete strategic outside sales meetings and calls with current and potential referral sources that result in increased membership to Sun Health at Home.
- Manage sales process by understanding prospective members' needs and educating them about Sun Health at Home's services and programs in large group seminars or individual appointments.
- Achieve individual sales goals and targets (call-outs, appointments, applications, conversion)
- Strategize with VP of Sales, SHAH Business Development Specialist, and Executive Director on creative ways to develop new opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
- Conducts group sales seminars and events to develop leads for future memberships.
- Frequent local travel for events and to meet clients for one-on-one appointments.
- Develop, nurture and close leads utilizing personal appointments and telephone / email follow-up.
- Conduct insurance reviews and comparisons to Sun Health at Home services.
- Maintain and update CRM of all scheduled and completed sales activity daily.
- Must be able to work flexible hours; nights and weekends as required.
Skills and Knowledge :
- A strong commitment to quality and service as well as a sensitivity to the needs and concerns of an older demographic.
- Knowledge of an older demographic and the desire to invest in a plan that solves the challenges of aging in place in the home of their choice.
- Must exhibit a high degree of initiative, creativity, good judgement, and professional ethics.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree and related experience preferred.
- Minimum of three years of adequate knowledge with different types of insurance (i.e. long term care insurance, Medicare, etc) and financial scenarios required.
- Minimum of three years of experience with consultative sales required.
- Minimum of three years of experience with outside sales tactics, techniques, and group presentations of ten or more required.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Suite and Adobe preferred.
- Possess current or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
- Requires reliable transportation in employee provided vehicle, current Driver's license and auto insurance.
