Job Duties :
- Facilitate seamless Medicaid applications and conversions for residents
- Oversee annual recertifications with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Remain abreast of evolving Medicaid policies to ensure compliance
- Collaborate closely with residents, families, and colleagues to assess Medicaid eligibility
- Maintain meticulously organized records, provide regular updates, and guide residents through the application process
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Medicaid policies and procedures
