This role must be onsite in Boise and will require self-relocation.

As the NA University Relations Manager, you will partner with Executives, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to understand specific business needs and develop, implement, and execute customized recruitment strategies to attract top, diverse talent.

You will have plenty of opportunities to demonstrate your expertise in University recruiting and relations, promoting our world class Micron brand working with a team of dedicated recruiters, and building the pipeline of interns and New College Graduate talent for current and future needs of the company.

Job Responsibilities

Lead University Recruiters who manage Micron North America university and internship programs

Implement University Relations strategy and provide program administration in North America that will include strategic university identification, continuous process improvement, and technology assessment and optimization

Provide and analyze data, metrics and reports to multiple partners and recommend actions to enhance business outcomes

Actively participate in the Micron global recruiting community on standard methodologies for university relations

Build and maintain relations with key University partners

Capabilities / Proficiencies Required

Outstanding organization and planning skills and demonstrable ability to execute against set plans in a fast-paced environment

Experience establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with University contacts

Understanding of diversity and inclusion recruitment challenges, approaches, and effective methodologies

Experience collaborating across organizational and geographic boundaries

Experience crafting and delivering communication materials and representing a corporate brand for the purposes of developing positive relationships with universities and students

Desired Experience

5+ years University Relations recruitment & internship program experience

Demonstrable ability to deliver on a recruiting strategy plan and coordinate a country program in a complex environment

Travel :

Ability to travel up to 30% annually
