Job Description :
As a Business Execution Administrator 3 within Elder Client Initiatives (ECI), you will play a pivotal role in managing documentation and reporting concerning suspected financial abuse of elders and vulnerable adults.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting account activity research and reviewing state and federal laws and regulations to determine reportability to state agencies.
- Initiating timely communication with Financial Advisors, Client Associates, Qualified Supervisors, investigators, and operations personnel to gather information.
- Filing reports with Adult Protective Services (Client) / Securities Regulators and other governmental agencies.
- Seeking additional information and updates from external agencies post-reporting.
- Engaging in phone and Microsoft Teams video calls to address emotional situations under tight deadlines.
- Assessing problems and issues to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory practices.
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Required Skills (1-2 years of) :
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Risk mitigation.
- Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Legal work, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in compliance or operational risk management.
- Knowledge of fraud investigations, prevention, or claims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Background in case management.

Day-to-Day Operations :
- Management of elder financial abuse / diminished capacity cases from inception to resolution.
- Daily review and analysis of incidents, providing guidance to stakeholders.
- Summarizing incidents and reporting to state agencies.
Preferred Previous Industry Experience : Legal or financial sector
