Job Title : Business Execution Administrator 3

Location : St. Louis, MO

Duration : 9-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Job Description :

As a Business Execution Administrator 3 within Elder Client Initiatives (ECI), you will play a pivotal role in managing documentation and reporting concerning suspected financial abuse of elders and vulnerable adults.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting account activity research and reviewing state and federal laws and regulations to determine reportability to state agencies.
  • Initiating timely communication with Financial Advisors, Client Associates, Qualified Supervisors, investigators, and operations personnel to gather information.
  • Filing reports with Adult Protective Services (Client) / Securities Regulators and other governmental agencies.
  • Seeking additional information and updates from external agencies post-reporting.
  • Engaging in phone and Microsoft Teams video calls to address emotional situations under tight deadlines.
  • Assessing problems and issues to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory practices.

Required Qualifications :

4+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.

Required Skills (1-2 years of) :

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Risk mitigation.
  • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Legal work, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in compliance or operational risk management.
  • Knowledge of fraud investigations, prevention, or claims.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client service focus with problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Background in case management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Conflict management and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in developing partnerships and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with LexisNexis and financial services industry.

Day-to-Day Operations :

  • Management of elder financial abuse / diminished capacity cases from inception to resolution.
  • Daily review and analysis of incidents, providing guidance to stakeholders.
  • Summarizing incidents and reporting to state agencies.

Preferred Previous Industry Experience : Legal or financial sector
