POSITION SUMMARY :

The Senior Business Development Analyst is responsible for driving strategic initiatives supported by detailed financial analysis, optimizing business processes, improving technology platforms, and assessing large-scale projects.

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, streamline functionality, and enhance overall business performance.

Essential Functions (ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES) :

  • Identify areas within the business where processes can be improved, streamlined, or automated.
  • Lead initiatives to redesign workflows that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and business leaders to manage risks and ensure that project goals align with business objectives.
  • Identify and assess new technology trends and solutions that can enhance business operations
  • Perform financial impact assessments of business decisions, technology upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management to aid in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create customer-centric pricing models.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology improvements post-implementation.

Qualifications : Experience

Experience

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • SAP Software experience.
  • Power BI basic knowledge.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.

General Skills / Competencies / Specialized Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, pricing strategies, and technology trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and financial software.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g. Visio).

Up to 20% of travel required
