Position Summary :
American Equipment Holdings is a leading industrial equipment company based in Salt Lake City.
We are currently seeking a skilled and Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator to join our Recruitment team in Salt Lake City, UT .
As Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting talent for various positions, including crane technicians, hourly and salaried roles within the company nationally.
Other responsibilities include scheduling interviews and offer creation.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize your expertise in sourcing to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct thorough research and employ innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through online platforms, social media, networking events, and industry-specific resources.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system, ensuring efficient and organized record-keeping.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Provide support in other recruitment-related activities, such as onboarding, job fairs, various HR projects and onboarding.
- Assist in the creation of offers for selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards.
Required Skills / Abilities
- Minimum of one year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, and networking.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in using recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit through resume screening and initial interviews.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of salary negotiation and offer creation processes.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls.
The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, walk; lift push or pull objects up to 20 pounds.
Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m in office.
