Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager . They will be responsible for enabling seamless, personalized, and secure customer integrations across various applications, overseeing governance, linking member accounts, optimizing integration placements, resolving identity matching issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities and prioritize features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics for ID.me’s mobile application, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the product team.
- Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide product development.
- Engage with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure successful adoption of new features.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer mobile application development.
- Proven track record of launching successful consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
- Passion for creating innovative, user-centric solutions.
