Responsibilities :

  • Takes incoming referrals, document interaction, and report the referral to Office Manager for timely action.
  • Investigate client complaints / concerns and develop new processes to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Files all incoming documents timely and efficiently keeping all HIPAA information secured.
  • Prints and distributes weekly schedules.
  • Reports staff who service patients outside the scheduled times without notification of the office.
  • Takes and gives report from / to On-Call each morning.
  • Participates in orientation and PI committee process as requested.
  • Reviews staff paperwork for accuracy / completeness so that all records are up to date.
  • Enforces disciplinary process without prejudice or discrimination.
  • Notifies staff of emergencies, sickness, and other imminent occurrences that may affect the client caseload as quickly as possible relative to the event's occurrence.
  • Submits written time requests 2 weeks or more in advance of planned time off.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Associate degree or higher preferred, proof of transcript or degree required.
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and able to learn Company software.
  • Excellent communicator and experience with high-volume phone intake.
  • Requires a criminal background check.
  • Homecare experience preferred.
  • Is productive and uses time efficiently.
  • Is self-reliant and plans appropriately.
  • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
