ECI Software Solutions, a leading provider of cloud-based management software for manufacturing businesses, is looking for a self-motivated professional to deliver Virtual Training, correspond with customers, and work within the team to assist with other training needs.

This position requires a high level of customer service, presentation, and self-disciplinary skills as you will need to gauge customer understanding and adjust content delivery to meet the needs of each class.

Training Specialists will have the freedom to develop their own training style and be able to provide feedback and help construct curriculum content.

This position allows each trainer to stay at the forefront of system knowledge for our current products.

Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to comprehensive software implementations by developing and delivering interactive online and in person end-user training using web-based training tools
  • Develop strategic training plans and schedules designed to support the overall team goals
  • Act as an LMS Administrator responsible for course registrations, content availability and accessibility, and enabling user access
  • Respond to customer inquiries and registrations as needed
  • Develop complementary training materials that enhance learning options, including manuals, instructor materials, and certifications
  • Administer the training department's backlog and processing of monthly billings
  • Utilize project management skills to organize and deliver projects on schedule

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Highly motivated, self-managing and a logical, yet creative thinker
  • Possess a strong work ethic working
  • Must be a team player able to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with blended learning programs, web-based training, and self-directed eLearning content
  • Ability to learn new software applications
  • Strong understanding of current training technology and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver training to adult users with various levels of computer experience
  • Excellent listening, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills for the purpose of customer interaction, curriculum development, and delivery of customer training
  • Organized to ensure project schedules and goals are met
  • Demonstrate experience in working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional training, product knowledge, and / or development experience

Preferred :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Delivered ERP software training in a manufacturing vertical
  • Familiarity with ECI products
  • Training background
  • Professional script writing or technical writing experience
