The position will also require visiting locations where Standard Wellness products are sold and training dispensary staff on products and their use.

The position has requirements to be present in customer locations. In addition to performing education days at dispensary partners, the Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for helping to determine the best product mix for dispensary needs and will be the main point of contact for dispensaries.

  • Essential Job Functions : Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers by providing information on product use and benefits, recommending products based on customer needs, and offering ongoing support Train dispensary staff on Standard Wellness products to ensure proper consumption and dosing Work with dispensaries to improve product exposure and shelf positioning Distribute promotional literature to customers and run educational events Maintain records of sales or other business transactions;
  • prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports Accurately communicate with Inventory Control to ensure correct products are ordered and distributed to dispensaries;

verify and manage orders Comply with all State marketing regulations Maintain professional knowledge of all Standard Wellness products Other duties as assigned by your supervisor Qualifications : Required : Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by the state Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Commensurate experience will be considered Minimum 2 (two) years' experience in an outside sales role Cannabis industry wholesale sales experience, helpful Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : This section outlines the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the MO Account Manager to be successful in their role.

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products Knowledge of sales control systems (leaflink) Knowledge of State of Missouri cannabis rules and regulations Strong organizational skills Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Ability to establish long and short-term goals and sales plans Ability to be a self-starter and see projects through to completion Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
