Position Summary :
Responsible for receiving and shipping activities, ensuring products are staged prior to scheduled ship dates, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
Additional duties as assigned.
Main Responsibilities :
- Perform daily warehouse and shipping activities.
- Package all outbound shipments.
- Ensure shipment accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Determine the best packaging methods for materials and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
- Organize completed slot machine locations in the warehouse / manufacturing areas.
- Ensure packaging materials are available as needed.
- Update the production schedule, shipping log, and ASTRO system daily.
- Provide shipping notices to external and internal customers.
- Ship FedEx, DHL, and UPS, both international and domestic.
- Verify received materials and stock them in the proper location.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Education / Experience :
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a distribution environment.
- Forklift experience required.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
- Good problem-solving skills and basic computer skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to retain information.
- Strong warehouse skills and prior experience in a similar position.
Physical Characteristics :
- Ability to stand, bend, and stretch for long periods.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes in excess of 100 lbs.
