Position Details :

Position : IT Support Associate

Rate : up to $ hr

Location : Onsite 5x a week in Orlando, FL

OVERVIEW OF POSITION :

• Job Description : Providing client support and system monitoring; Performing backups and prepares backup tapes for storage and conduct and monitor computer processing, Conducting backups, provide technical support to clients by responding to emails, answering phone calls and fulfilling report requests;
• Monitoring the status of equipment such as; PCs, printers; Performing file transfers Perform project work when required;

and, Troubleshooting issues to a resolution.

Day to Day Responsibilities / typical day look like :

Scrubbing data, destruction of hard drives, office 365, Microsoft teams, jabber, adobe products, ServiceNow, Microsoft tablets, equipment shipping.

They are a break / fix team; do application support, hardware troubleshooting, providing solutions for tickets.

What are the top 3-5 MUST HAVE technologies or Required experience for the position?

• 3+ years of experience with Windows
• Experience with Microsoft products
• Switches / routers tier 2 support

• Windows 10 / 11
• Imaging
• SCCM software deployment
• Hardware- memory, hard drive
• Hard drive wiping / destruction
• MS Office 365
• MS Teams
• Adobe project
• Dell Laptops / Wyse terminal
• Service Now ticketing system- incidents / requests
