Genesis10 is seeking Mortgage / Loan Officers for a six-month contract position. This position will work onsite in Des Moines, IA.
This position does have the potential to be hired full time, based on performance and business needs.
Compensation : $26.57 per hour
Responsibilities :
- This group of contingent resources will be responsible for reviewing and validating fee changes during the mortgage process.
- This role reviews loans to ensure that disclosures sent to the borrower and any related fee changes are compliant with TRID regulations.
Support Business Execution; proactively seek ways to improve processes.
- Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks.
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.
- Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years of home mortgage or mortgage loan processing experience
- MS Office / MS Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in procedures
- Collaboration and is coachable and receptive to feedback
