Fox is in search of a Foxceptional Support Specialist local to the Oshkosh area, to develop and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally with our clients.
This position will be responsible for providing technical project assistance, day to day department support, and end-user support for Fox World Travel Technology Systems and services across all divisions of Fox World Travel.
We are looking for people who have :
- 1-2 years customer support experience, preferably in a technology or travel-related role
- Preference will be given to candidates with Global Distribution System proficiency, Online Booking Tool or any other travel systems experience
- Proven ability to work as a collaborative team member on project-based assignments is a plus
- Practical experience in supporting a variety of applications or services preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours / shifts as determined by business needs
- Ability to communicate with confidence and relate well to internal / external clients and create a favorable impression
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with clients
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of all Microsoft Office Applications
- Full time remote may be considered for associates with previous Travel Technology experience.

A day in the life of this Specialist might include :
- Provide technical support to both internal and external customers for Fox World Travel Technology Systems; process standard operational Technology duties and tasks.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all automation tasks and recommend enhancements where appropriate.
- Complete assigned Travel Technology project-related tasks, sensitive to deadlines for internal projects and client implementations.
- Train both internal and external customers on the use of Fox World Travel Technology Systems.
- Document support calls, accomplishments, daily tasks and project tasks for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and application of technology products.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of travel vendor practices, programs and operations.
- Maintain a favorable and collaborative working relationship with team members in all departments to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect.
- Enhance the organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Drive standards and best practices whenever possible and effectively foster a culture of engagement.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations and services performed.
