We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Sr. Manager for Benefits & Payroll to join our dynamic team in the Energy industry.

This role is integral to our organization as you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic planning of our benefits and payroll functions.

You will be instrumental in ensuring that our employees are compensated accurately and benefits are administered correctly, thereby contributing to the overall satisfaction and well-being of our team.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Sr. Manager for Benefits & Payroll, you will be responsible for :

1. Overseeing the administration of all payroll and benefit processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

2. Developing and implementing strategies for benefits programs, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans.

3. Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and timely while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Collaborating with the HR team to develop competitive benefits packages and payroll practices.

5. Conducting regular audits of benefits and payroll, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.

6. Managing relationships with benefits providers, payroll vendors, and other external partners.

7. Providing leadership, training, and support to the benefits and payroll team.

8. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the benefits and payroll functions.

9. Staying current with changes in HR laws and regulations, and ensuring company compliance.

10. Responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll issues and resolving them in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level benefits and payroll position, preferably within the Energy industry.

2. Proven experience with ADP or equivalent payroll system.

3. Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processes, and related laws and regulations.

4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.

5. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.

9. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification will be an added advantage.

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
