National Legal Service Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow a book of business. Company offers end-to-end legal support services to law firms, corporations, and governmental agencies throughout the nation and provides service in the Court Reporting, Record Retrieval, Jury Research, Litigation Graphics, and Language Services business with a verifiable track record of success in selling and delivering various services.
Compensation
Generous Base Salary PLUS and UNCAPPED industry-leading commission structure (NO CAP) along with other perks and reimbursements.
Base Salary 65-75k plus uncapped commission / income potential. 1st Year Target all in comp $140k.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in business-to-business sales.
- Legal sales in court reporting, litigation graphics, trial presentation support, and jury research services is a plus.
- Reliable with unbeatable work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Unquestionable integrity and a willingness to learn.
- Desire to grow both professionally and personally.
- Must have a hunger for success.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new clients by phone, in person, using social media, and other methods.
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences.
- Canvas, prospect, and present services in a sales territory that will include Washington DC and the surrounding areas.
- Deliver on KPI's and activity benchmarks.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition both locally and nationally.
- Produce accurate prospective new business forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Continue to grow and cultivate the book of business upselling legal services.
