Position Description : Overall supervisory responsibility managing projects and sales and marketing team for brand awareness and promoting our homes that will entice the community to come to Enriched Senior Living.

Implementation of marketing ideas will require approval by President / CEO and / or Vice President.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Superior knowledge of the New Haven mission, staff and operations including commitment to person-directed care.
  • Oversee marketing staff and development of marketing strategies with all Enriched Senior Living communities.
  • Project Managing :
  • Manage the content marketer and assist with new implementations on social media and website.
  • Manage the digital marketer and assist with new implementations on the branding for social media sites, email campaigns, and API support.
  • Oversee communities and work with marketing staff more directly with census challenged communities (80% or less).
  • Manage and work with activity directors to ensure we are producing an engaging experience.
  • Coordinate the lease up for new sites and implement the marketing strategies for new communities.
  • Train and continually educate the marketing team and administrators around the sales culture.
  • Prepare and execute special projects as assigned by the CEO and Regional President / Vice President.
  • Oversee marketing staff and administrators to ensure they are documenting and completing the marketing needs for each community.
  • Reporting :
  • Sharing conversion rate monthly (Inquiry : Move-In).
  • Sharing monthly ad spend reporting.
  • Tracking, reviewing, and tagging all inbound calls through our Call Rail system.
  • Implementing yearly marketing budgets and plans and following up monthly to ensure the communities are following and reporting properly.
  • Bring in new innovative marketing strategies and ideas to continue to grow and innovate as a senior living company.
  • Build and manage a strong communication system for the Enriched Senior Living families, residents, and staff.
  • Provide information as required for Quality Assurance measures.

Operations :

  • Participates in planning of regional meetings and marketing presentations.
  • Maintains and follows budget.
  • Oversees staff and coordinates training of staff.
