Salary : $50,000 + uncapped commission
Location : Boston
Working pattern : 5 days in office, with hybrid schedule available on the first promotion

What you will be doing as an Entry Level Technical Recruiter within our Organization :
- Learn and understand the nuances of the Artificial Intelligence market.
- Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth
- Manage the recruitment process from candidate qualification to placement
- Cultivate and manage candidate relationships.....we’re all about the long game!
- Bring on new accounts and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
