What to Expect
The Associate, Commercial Sales Analytics is responsible for assisting the Director, Commercial Sales and Managers, Commercial Sales, in various reporting duties and critical day-to-day activities to support HCA’s Commercial business growth.
In addition, this role will contribute to Commercial Sales business planning and strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
1.Assist in the analysis and preparation of large Group and Syndication proposals. Analysis includes review of all HCA / HCI products to include wholistic view of the Group’s return. Works closely with :
a.Field Sales Team (HCA / HCI)
b.FP&A
c.Commercial Credit
d.Risk
2.Provide prompt and accurate pricing recommendations for custom pricing requests based on solid understanding of Commercial products and programs, Finance programs, and Insurance programs and product offerings.
3.Develop and maintain Monthly and Quarterly Reporting for Strategic and National Accounts, including Commercial, Financial, and Insurance lines of business.
4.Assist in maintaining and enhancing Commercial Pipeline Database reports and results.
5.Support key Commercial / Company MBOD’s and Strategic Initiatives.
6.Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years related work experience
- Previous experience in Automotive and / or Commercial lending preferred
- BA / BS Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another related field
- Must have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate to all levels of management
- Familiarity with and Tableau (preferred, but not required)
- Solid quantitative, modeling and analytical skills
- Comprehension of SQL for data input and data retrieval
