Senior Operations Manager
What Will You Do
You will direct daily activities ofOperations Managers and Supervisors on multiple shifts. Directproduction activities for multiple work centers and processes onmultiple shifts.
Lead and mentor production superintendents andsupervisors to achieve overall performance goals for productioncost quality and safety.
Coordinate production activities throughplanning with departmental Supervisors Schedulers Human ResourcesManagers and Quality Systems Trainers to ensure that distributionobjectives are accomplished in a timely and costeffective manner.
What Do You Need
- Bachelors degree in business orrelated field or equivalent work experience Required
- 10 years in adistribution or manufacturing role Required
- Supervisory / ManagementExperience
- Obtain Powered Industrial Vehiclelicense
- Lean Manufacturing and ContinuousQuality Improvement principles and system Improvement Methods
- Capacity planning and productflow
