Responsibilities
- Provenexperience in a networkSecurity administrator role with Firewalls (Palo Alto & Cisco ASA) F5 Load Balancers InfobloxCisco ACI SSL VPN Routing and switching (Cisco) SD WAN Cisco Meraki(MX MS & MR) implementation troubleshooting andproblem resolution isdesired.
- Automation usingAnsible and Pythonscripts
- Provide Level 2 &Level 3 Network support 16x5 onseat (APAC and EMEA shift ) andavailable for oncall for P1 / P2 Incidents on weekends and offbusiness hours)
- Excellent knowledgeof best practices around management control and monitoring ofNetworkinfrastructure
- Great at organizingprioritizing andmultitasking
- Monitor troubleshootand escalate production problems per operations processes affectingthe network infrastructure
- supervisingresponsibilities including interviewing and training / coaching teammembers.
- participate inproject / technology transition
- Assist the team inresolving problemtickets.
- Help team to CreateRCA whether you have been involved directly or indirectly
- Additional duties asrequired and assistance on SpecialProjects.
- Creation of networkdocumentation from the existing infrastructure plannedinfrastructure as well as updating existingdocumentation.
Qualifications
- Graduatewith 10 years of related work experience with progressivelyincreasingresponsibility.
- Candidates must beCCNA / CCNP and preferably CCIE or equivalent (Routing &Switching) certified
- Willingness andability to teach and trainothers.
- Patience to adhere toKnowledge of best practices including maintenance windows andchange controlprocedures.
- Ability to timeslicebetween multiple networks and multiple customerrequirements.
- Stronganalytical skills excellent communication skills (written andoral)
- Demonstrated abilityin IT analysis methodologies (e.g. process flow definition dataflow diagrammingetc.)
- Demonstrated abilityto work effectively with all levels of staff customers and other ITpersonnel
