The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist the Digital Marketing Manager to expand and enhance our digital marketing presence with a focus on social media management to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.

Creativity and a passion for social media and digital content will be key.

What you'll do :

  • Create and execute marketing content strategies leveraging digital marketing, paid & organic, eCommerce & social media channels.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics and offer input on areas of opportunity and to make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage the social media calendar and collaborate with members of the marketing team to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content to drive awareness and increase brand visibility.
  • Actively monitor and engage our audience across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide data as requested to the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools and best practices. Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.

What youll need :

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Analytics, or related field required.
  • Recent grad with classroom experience or 1+ years of relevant experience specifically with PPC. GA4 Certified highly preferred.

HubSpot Certification would be a plus.

  • Familiarity with website builds and graphic design would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and have a proactive & results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong computer skills, time-management skills, organizational skills and the ability to analyze & interpret data.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
